CII Institute of Hospitality, Delhi was established in 2021 as an educational initiative of the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), in collaboration with Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne (EHL), Switzerland. The institute is a not-for-profit organisation with around 9,000 direct members and 3,00,000 indirect enterprise members. Training programs are supported by ITC Hotels, Taj Hotels, and Hyatt.
Two courses are offered for 2026 — a 36-month Degree in Hospitality combined with a BFTTM diploma, and a 24-month Diploma in Hospitality. Both are available in three specialisations: Rooms, Culinary, and Food & Beverage Service. Total fees range from INR 4,64,800 to INR 5,20,000 depending on the course and specialisation selected.
Applications for 2026 close in June, with the session starting in August. Candidates must have completed 10+2 from a recognised board with a minimum of 50% marks. Admission requires clearing the CII Aptitude Test followed by a Personal Interview. Both courses accept NCHM and CIIIH entrance exams.
The 2023–2025 placement record covers 304 registered students, with 266 placed across 20+ recruiting companies. Domestic salaries ranged from INR 2 LPA to INR 4.2 LPA and international salaries from INR 4 LPA to INR 10 LPA. Practical training is conducted across 22 five-star hotel properties in 12 cities.

Overall Worst college or institute in hospitality bcz they don't have scheduled of hotel practises and don't have the coordinator . Their coordinator are hotel ass manager of every department and they don't have the knowledge and time for students to teach or give them the environment..

Candidates must have completed their 10+2 requirements from a recognised board or an equivalent in order to be eligible for the 18-month hospitality diploma at the CII Institute of Hospitality.
